Hi I'm Sydney Tune! I am a rising junior double majoring in Astronomy and Physics with minors in Geoscience and Mathematics.

I am interested in all things astrophysics, but exoplanets and galaxies are my favorite interstellar objects to study! I also work as a researcher at the University of Iowa, studying the ionosphere of the moon during periods of low plasma density. After I get my bachelor's degree, I plan on going to graduate school to get my PhD.

Outside of classes, I have a lot of creative hobbies such as art, crochet, and playing music. I am also the secretary of UIowa's Society of Physics Students.
